  Using LISTERINE® Tartar Control twice a day after brushing and flossing is proven to:

Directions
- LISTERINE® is especially effective when used morning and evening after brushing your teeth. After brushing and flossing, rinse with 20mL undiluted for 30 seconds, twice daily. Expel the liquid. Do not swallow. Not recommended for children under 12 years.
